Having another issue with my Galaxy Ear Buds. The case is no longer changing my ear buds even when case is plugged in.
This is the second time this year mine and my wife's earbuds have had issues. Samsung has been good at replacing them for new ones but it still takes time and I am without the ear buds I purchased.
Can someone from Samsung reach out to me again so I can submit another claim to have my buds and case either repleced with new or reimbursed so I can get a different pair?
