Case

My case for the Galaxy buds+ does not hold a charge as the previous Galaxy buds. The case does not hold a charge.

Hi there!

When you place the Buds in the charging case, does the LED turn red? If not, can you connect the case to an official Samsung charger and leave it to charge for around 10 minutes, with the Buds still in place. Does the LED turn red now? Can you also try cleaning the charging contact points on the both the Buds and case with a soft dry cloth. If the problem persists, open the Galaxy Wearables app and go to About Earbuds > Reset Earbuds then try again to charge.

the earbuds hold a charge. its the case that I have to charge all the time.
