Connecting Galaxy Buds+

I've got a buds+, but I can't connect it. It does pair to my phone, but doesn't connect to wearable app, so I can use those features that it have. Am I doing anything wrong or it is an usual issue?

Have you tried deleting the wearable app and, when prompted, the plug-ins and then reinstalling it?
