Disturbing Noise on the left Bud when ANC is on

Lately, my buds 2 pro makes a loud disturbing noise on the left bud anytime Ambient sound or ANC is turned on. The sound is loud and unbearable. Goes off when I turn ANC off

Try clearing the app cache for the Wearables app and plug-in in the Phone Settings>App. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001372/

Also, reset the earbuds: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01218103

You can also Submit Feedback to Samsung immediately after this happens, and data logs will be provided for the developers to address. https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692

Lastly, you can have the earbuds evaluated by an authorized service center. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the evaluation: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
