So pre-ordered the s10 and got the $130 e certificate in my cart. However, how do I use it? WHat is the e-cerificate code and how long is it valid for?

I still haven't got it. It's a shame that Samsung creates a process that complicated. Good luck competing with Apple.

I pre order my galaxy s10 plus within the promotion time for the galaxy buds, in the order invoice shows my phone and a $130 voucher for the buds, but what i am suppost to do now?

When i check online it tells me that i am not elegible for.

I called Samsung customer service and I was told that they will send out another email after 15 days from when you have had the phone, with the promo code to give the Galaxy buds. So pretty much, past the return period, then we can order the buds. Hope this helps.

I got my certificate .exactly 15 days to the minute .received phone at 7:30 on March 8th

The code they sent me won't work. It says it's only for specific logged in accounts

Still waiting for my email with the credit. . I preordered on 2/27 and received my phone 3/6. It is decidedly past the 15 days, Samsung shop app says I don't qualify for the promotion even though my invoice shows the voucher has been delivered ever since I put the order in, and every person from support I talk to has just kept telling me to wait.
