So... you want to use a pre-order bonus to get another pre-order bonus? I'm not judging, if I wanted those two products I'd be trying to do the same, but I have a feeling they will make sure it doesn't work like that by delivering the certificate after all there pre-orders windows. When placing an order though... it says the certificate is delivered in 3 days, so I wonder what's that all about... I'd be calling and checking on that if I were you. I love Samsung, but I see this pattern with them, every time there are offers or specials, no one ever knows the exact details on them, or anything. It's always just guessing...

If you go through the member's app you should be able to get your Samsung buds. But they are making it a pain to get them if you bought it through them.

I preordered an s10 and because Samsung ran out of Galaxy buds they are giving e-certificates.In the email it says to reserve now but does not tell me how. How do I do it?

You can pre-order the S10 through the shop Samsung app and it would automatically be applied to your shopping cart at checkout. Or through samsung.com. either way it will still be applied at checkout

I didnt see any option to apply $130 gift certificate when I was checking out for s10+. Can I apply that discount now?

Hi! Since the free earbuds are sold out with the preorders for Samsung Galaxy s10, Samsung is now offering $130.00 E-gift certificate to replace it. Will there be a chance that Earbuds will become on sale soon after the pre-order period? If I get the $130 E-gift, I would like to spend it on the earbuds once they become available again. Approximately, how long will the E-gift last or expire until? Is this a possible alternative way using the $130 E-gift?
