When does your certificate expire? I'm still waiting on that email, have to wait for 15 days. I was thinking the same thing about it expiring or hopefully get more in stock.

I have.... They the most unprofessional team. It takes 12m to reach someone. They can't really help or know how to. Until you request a manager which flat out doesnt help. Done with Samsung. Will hopefully get these buds and still everything on swappa to buy Huawei p30.
Customer service did not know when buds would be back in stock (really?). There is no way to be notified when item becomes available (even Home Depot has this feature). Was recommended to check item status "regularly". Thanks, Samsung!

Also, I added the buds to my wishlist on their website. I'm assuming they'll email me when they become available.
