The message in Wear App says one ear bud not connecting, yet the green light is on within the case. It also doesn't connect on my Samsing S20 Plus, same ear bud.
Something is defective with the right ear bud only.
Thank you for reaching out. Have you been able to perform a reset on the device? You can do so by navigating to the Wearables app and selecting about buds. From here you will be able to select reset buds. If resetting the device is unable to help with your symptoms I would recommend getting your device evaluated by a technician.
