So, as of a few days ago. My buds just started acting screwy. The left bud does not work at all and the right, its hard to hear because I can hear all noises outside the ear bud when that was not the case before. I've only had these since July last year and they were working fine up until a few days ago. I don't know what happened to them. I reset them, did the update and kept charging them like normal. I don't know what to do. They are also BTS special edition so I don't want to get rid of them knowing they may not be available anymore. I really don't know what to do.
