I have exactly the same issue! It's not a defective device because I gave it back to Costco and re-bought. the same issue persists even with my new ones. And when connected, both earbuds show up with 100%, and I can control playback (ie pause, play, etc) with my left earbud. But still, my left rabies outputs no noise, absolutely none. Please help!! My buds are at the latest software version, R170XXU0ASJ2
My left bud stopped working and is showing its disconnected it charges fine but wont connect, when I check in the app it shows and exclamation mark saying its disconnected even though the right bud works perfectly fine.
