Galaxy BudsI order Galaxy Buds 3 Pro with trade in for my old ones. Box was supposed to show up in 4 days but ended up showing up 1 day early. My excitement grew. Fed ex showed up and dropped box off and when i opened it the box was empty but the packing and labels.
Reached out to Samsung and they state they cannot do anything without a police report. "For an empty box"!!!
Very, very upset. Have been a long time Samsung fan until now.
