Randomly my earbuds just started giving me a ringtone without any form of notification of what the ringtone is for. I've tried unpairing them, resetting them, and it's still chiming in my ear. It's really annoying, anyone know how to fix it
Also when I put them back in my case to reset..it won't reconnect to my phone and it says it needs an update.but when I try to update it fails
Thank you for reaching out, Justinmcrae1. I can certainly understand your concern with your Galaxy Buds 2 Pro playing a random notification sound and not pairing with your phone correctly. In order to better assist you do you notice if this happens only when you have ANC or Ambient sound on?
