Have you tried wireless charging? I charge mine by setting it down on the base of our lamp that does wireless charging.

You can try resetting the Buds from the Wearables app if the Buds are still connected to the app. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078085/ If the charging cradle is not charging, it is recommended to have the Buds and cradle evaluated by a certified technician.
