Galaxy Buds 2 Pro Microphone Malfunction

In Ambient Sound mode the left earbud makes a hissing sound + in ANC the left earbud ANC is ~10% weaker , anyone else experiencing faulty mics? 

--> Already unpaired/reset earbuds

Hi @Members_ZOOxIM1, Welcome to the Samsung Community. It's super frustrating to have one of your buds not working 100%. I would be more than happy to help if I can. Since you have tried to unpair and also reset the buds and this still didn't resolve the issue I would suggest service.
