Galaxy Buds 2 disconnecting repeatedly

Hi there;

 
At random times, my Galaxy Buds 2 keep disconnecting and reconnecting. It started up after the last MAJOR update to the phone's OS. Then there was a smaller update, and I thought that might fix it, but it didn't. Just wondering is there a way to fix this WITHOUT completely resetting EVERYTHING (and that would be the phone and ear buds), because that's usually a solution that I'm given out the gate that sends to be a nuclear solution that I would rather not go for. So might there be one?

Have you tried rebooting into recovery mode and clearing the cache and then running the repair apps option?
