Galaxy Buds+ Battery drains when not in use?

I'm noticing my Buds + battery drains when not in use and not in the case. Is this normal? I assume when you're not using your buds, there should be a limited battery drain even outside of the charging case. Overnight on average, I see 25% - 35% battery drain.

Have you confirmed the software on both of the buds is currently up to date to the latest software?

 

Have you attempted to perform a reset on the buds to see if that helps any?

 

Tap General. Tap Reset earbuds and then tap Reset to confirm.

Reset the buds and charge to 100%. I'll TEST now and take the buds out of their case and see if there's a significant drain in the battery. Stay Tune.

Update: After the reset around 2 pm yesterday with the buds out of their case (not used) up to the following day at 11 am, the battery drained down to 50% from full charge. I think there are definitely issues.

 

Please let me know what steps to take next or arrange an exchange.
