I had this same problem with my case not charging. @SamsungRei sent me a private message and helped me get my Buds returned for repair. I shipped my Buds and case for repair and they replaced my case with a new one! Thanks SamsungRei for all the help!
I have the same problem. People at Samsung are worthless benchods. My buds came as an extra when I bought my phone so because I have no surah purchase receipt these curry eating cahk suckers won't make good on it. I'm going back to apple.
