Hi,
Galaxy Buds FE.I don't hear win d!
In the gym for example with ANC active (not ambient) I hear people talking and background noise.
This did not happen with my 2019 BUDS 1.
Why does it happen?
Bad quality?
Wrong product?
Can it be corrected by software update?

Make sure the phone, earbuds, and all apps are fully updated.

Try resetting the earbuds: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01218103/
If you continue to hear the noise after verifying settings and checking the fit, and the reset does not help, we recommend submitting an error report in the Members app. https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/
