Hello. I've had my Galaxy Buds Live for about a month. I got them to listen to music while at a new job.. Didn't last sadly. But while I was using them at work, and the few times I have used them at home I've noticed an odd sound. Every 5-10 minutes I get a popping sound coming from the right ear bud. It's almost like having your ears pop when doing down a hill or something. But it is localized to that side.
Does anyone know of a fix? Or is my only solution to start a repair request?
I just went look into start a repair request, but it says select a store.. and there are no stores. And it's not giving me a mail in request option like it says I should be able to choose.
