Galaxy BudsGalaxy Buds (Manager) Version 3.9.0.0 from the Microsoft Store
does not find my Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro
Even though it shows:
Supported models
• Galaxy Buds Live
• Galaxy Buds Pro
• Galaxy Buds2
• Galaxy Buds2 Pro
(nor does the older desktop Galaxy Buds Manager Version 2.1.220907.51)
I have already followed the Get Help advice for:
Connecting a new device
• Galaxy Buds2, Galaxy Buds2 Pro:
To connect, put the earbuds in the case, then touch
and hold both earbuds for 3 seconds until the light
starts blinking red and green.
Whatever happened to testing a program/app to verify its functionality???

Galaxy BudsThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your frustration with your Galaxy Buds 2 pro not being able to be found on your WIndows 10 and I would be happy to look into this further for you. Just to clarify, have you tried disconnecting your buds from your phone, turning off the Bluetooth on your phone, and trying to scan for your Buds 2 pro after completing those steps?
