My galaxy buds have been working good until the right side stopped working and it won't connect or charge the right side and the case won't charge it or show a light when I put it in there and I have searched but came up with no response on how to fix it.

Mine are doing the exact same thing. My right bud started draining battery faster than the left then all of a sudden won't connect or charge from the case. I'm close to just getting a refund from Amazon, unless it's a painless task for an exchange through Samsung themselves.

Good Morning My right galaxy earbud will not connect. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Galaxy Wearable app and still nothing has changed.

My right galaxy bud will not connect to my phone and when I put it in the case the red charging light stays on even though it charged all night.
