Have you already tried resetting the buds?

I just wanted to check in with you to see if you were able to reset the buds using the troubleshooting article?
Yeah, when I put in the right bud the case blinks red like its charging it. I wiggle it, repositioned it, cleaned the charging ports with a cloth, but I think the earbud might just be dead.
