My right galaxy bud has stopped working. It won’t charge, pair, make the pairing(sensor) noise when it’s picked up from the charging case. However it does activate the Red Light  on the case when placed back inside. Not sure if the charging spots on the buds have stopped working. When I go on my Galaxy Wearables app, it shows the left bud’s stats and battery life while the right shows that it’s disconnected or just not charged. I looked into trying to resetting the ear buds but nowhwere in my wearable app allows me to do so. I cant update one without the other. Someone please advise!

Try rebooting the device and check if samsung galaxy weable app has any updates. I had the same issue for sometime. I restarted my device, installed the available update for galaxy wearable app and paired the buds again. It started working.

@userXFM52F4buy and @Kingali1212 How long have you been experiencing these symptoms? Did the right or left earbud every connect? Have you had an update to the software on your Galaxy buds recently?

@Kingali1212 I would recommend an accessory exchange. Can you please provide me with your full model number and serial number in a private message: http://bit.ly/2JH2rq2

So today I got a notification for an update for the galaxy buds. I only had my right earbud in my ear at the moment and the left earbud was in my case. I tried to start the update but it wouldn't start because it needs both earbuds to be connected. I took my left earbud out of the case and tried to update again, but the left ear bud doesn't seem to want to connect. I've tried restarting my phone, unpairing and pairing again, but the left earbud always shows up as not connected. How do I solve this issue?
