Right Galaxy Bud will not connect

Right Galaxy bud will not connect/charge. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, unpaired and repaired bluetooth, reset network settings, and cleared wearable app data. Using samsung charger and cable. Left bud works great.Software version is R170XXU0ATA2. Please help!

Right earbud will not connect

The right earbud will not connect. I reset it multiple times and it still won't connect. Also it's not charging at all, but the light inside the case flashes when i place it in.

Left ear bud stopped working. Won't connect, tried cleaning cleaning charging ports.. still nothing I bought them February 22 of this ear.

Galaxy Buds Connection Problem

I've got connection problem for my earbuds suddenly the left side went off and I can't connect it anymore, tried to unpair and pair again, tried to uninstall the Wearable gear and install it again.. 

Please anyone to support and assist me in solving this issue??!

Hi,

 

have you tired checking the firmware update on the buds or reset it

to check for an update update:

Galaxy wearable apps>> About earbuds>> update earbuds software

to reset: 

Galaxy Wearable apps>> About Earbuds>> Reset earbuds

As your bud is not connecting you would not be able to test a reset.

Left galaxy earbud won't charge or connect to phone

I've been using the galaxy buds for a few weeks now just fine, but recently the left earbud won't charge or connect at all. The right one still works just fine. I've looked around and tried various fixes, but so far none of them have worked. When I put in into the case, I see a red charging light, but it won't charge.
