sorry to hear about the problem! have you attempted to let the buds die completely? give that a shot, plug in to charge and restart the pairing process. hope this helps!

I am sorry you have tried all the troubleshooting steps to get this issue solved with your buds and the problem is still re-occurring.

 

My suggestion is to call 1800-SAMSUNG (1800-726-7864). Once you call them, try to reach a representative and have the valid proof of purchase handy and the serial number of the device. Let them know you want to mail in the buds for service and they will email you a UPS shipping label and give you the proper instructions on how to do this process. It typically takes 7-14 business days for you to receive them back. The serial number and the proof of purchase is typically what is needed as long as the device was purchased less than a year ago. They should be able to give you replacement buds once this process is fulfilled.

If you have warranty you are eligible to request for a replacement.For replacement , you need to call Samsung, the hotline is indicated in this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/. The number is going to be listed on that link, call that number and speak to a representative. Please be sure to have the proof of purchase handy because you will have to submit that. They will provide you with a UPS shipping label and will give you all of the instructions.

Right earbud wont work

I just bought Galaxy buds off of Amazon and as soon as i got them the right earbud wouldnt pair to my phone at all.

Id love to assist you with the issue youre having. Just try some simple troubleshooting first.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Connections.
  3. Tap Bluetooth.
  4. Tap settings icon.
  5. Tap Unpair.

Reconnect the buds to another device to rule out your cellphone being the issue. If the issue presists we can move on to step two. We need to reset your galaxy buds. 

 

  1. On your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app.
  2. Scroll down and tap About earbuds.
  3. Tap Reset earbuds.
  4. Tap Reset to confirm.

If the issue presist after resetting the buds the next step would require you to mail the buds in for repair by calling 1-800-Samsung. You would need to have your proof of purchase with the Serial Number for the buds listed on the receipt to show warranty status. They will email you a free shipping label to send the galaxy buds in for repairs.

Hello. I have the same issue as this person. My Samsung wearable app does not have the reset button. Others have this same issue, some are saying the button was removed with a recent app update. How can I reset without the button?

Left side not connecting

The batteries died yesterday and I charged it but now it wont connect. The right side works fine. I tried resetting them and everything suggested.

Hey, I would like to look at this with you. Have you tried any of these troubleshooting steps here?

Have you tried resetting your buds?

Have you made sure that they and your phone is up to date on its software?
