Re: Right Ear bud not connecting

JUMP TO SOLUTION

Hello @userqEktZYocnl

It seems that the right earbud is malfunctioning. Although it does show as charging and possibly working, It is no longer pairing. A suggestion I would make is to contact 1-800-samsung to have it replaced hassle free. I will also add a moderator here to assist you further with anything else you need help with. Hope this helps.

Sorry to hear that. I recommend trying to unpair the buds completely, and trying to repair, having your device forget the buds. If you have tried all the necessary troubleshooting steps you possibly need file a warranty claim as long as the buds are within a year of purchase. You will need your serial number that can be found on the box or bottom of the buds themselves

JUMP TO SOLUTION

Hello,

I am sorry you have tried all the troubleshooting steps to get this issue solved with your buds and the problem is still re-occurring.

My suggestion is to call 1800-SAMSUNG (1800-726-7864). Once you call them, try to reach a representative and have the valid proof of purchase handy and the serial number of the device. Let them know you want to mail in the buds for service and they will email you a UPS shipping label and give you the proper instructions on how to do this process. It typically takes 7-14 business days for you to receive them back. The serial number and the proof of purchase is typically what is needed as long as the device was purchased less than a year ago. They should be able to give you replacement buds once this process is fulfilled.

If you have any questions, please let us know.

Hi @users3i80BrZwy

Sorry to hear yore going through this

Restart both devices —the Galaxy Buds as well as the smartphone. Remove the Bluetooth profile for the Galaxy Buds from your smartphone and try pairing the Buds to your device again. Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth. ... Re-pair the Galaxy Buds to your smartphone and check to see if both buds work as usual
