On one of my pairs, the right earbuds is much more silent than the left earbud.
On another pair the right earbud won't charge and it doesn't connect.
Any solutions? I've already tried to reset them and everything, but nothing seems to solve my problems.

I got my Galaxy Buds in January and for some reason my right one has the red exclamation point. This thread is long and seems that a lot of people have this problem. Is there a solution yet?
put the earbud that is not working in the charger case. plug the charger case with the one bud still in it with lid closed. wait 10 seconds and put it in your ear. mine ended up working after that.
I have tried all the troubleshooting steps here. But none of them are working.
My left Galaxy Bud won't connect and has a red exclamation on the app. Well if it can't connect, you can't reset with the app.
All this started with the recent software update.
So sad, I love my buds. Still under warranty.
