Left Galaxy Bud Not Charging or Connecting

My left galaxy bud stopped working out of nowhere.

 

It won't charge in it's case and therfore won't connect. No issues with the right bud.

 

I have reset my buds and have also used the correct charging cable.

Yes I've attempted those steps.

I am having the same issue, only the right bud has been working since April.

I cannot get my galaxy buds+ to connect

I cannot get my buds to say connected in the galaxy wearable app. When I pull up my Bluetooth settings on my note 10+ they are connected but as far as the app is concerned they have never not one single time showed me any battery status or let me adjust anything on the app. I have all the latest software updates im extremely upset as to why I cannot get my galaxy app to work right and let me see battery status and adjust the ambient sound. Its really starting to make me mad and make me regret even getting my buds+. This same issue happened with my original buds.... that is why I decided to go ahead and buy the buds+ and im still having the same problem. Someone please tell me if im doing something wrong or what I can do to fix this.
