I am sorry you have tried all the troubleshooting steps to get this issue solved with your buds and the problem is still re-occurring.

 

My suggestion is to call 1800-SAMSUNG (1800-726-7864). Once you call them, try to reach a representative and have the valid proof of purchase handy and the serial number of the device. Let them know you want to mail in the buds for service and they will email you a UPS shipping label and give you the proper instructions on how to do this process. It typically takes 7-14 business days for you to receive them back. The serial number and the proof of purchase is typically what is needed as long as the device was purchased less than a year ago. They should be able to give you replacement buds once this process is fulfilled.

Right Earbud Not working

I connected my galaxy buds this morning and only my left one works. The orange arrow appears in the wearables app for my right earbud and nothing happens when I take it out of the charging case. I already disconnected them from my phone and reinstalled the galaxy wearables app. I don't know what to do

Question, did you just do a recent update? If yes, this could be the issue. The updates do have the potential of screwing with the Wearables and other apps at that.  There is a possibility that you will have to mail them into Samsung. The stores do not as of yet repair the buds. Please contact 1- 800 samsung to start the process. Please be advised that if buds are out of warranty there will be a charge for services.

I suggest you disconnect the buds completely from you device. Make sure they have a full charge. Uninstall/disable the wearables app. Then try to reconnect the buds once again. If this fails to get the left bud to work then 800samsung is the right ones to contact. They would be able to help you with a repair or replacement under warranty.

sorry to hear about the problem! have you attempted to let the buds die completely? give that a shot, plug in to charge and restart the pairing process. hope this helps!

If you have warranty you are eligible to request for a replacement.For replacement , you need to call Samsung, the hotline is indicated in this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/. The number is going to be listed on that link, call that number and speak to a representative. Please be sure to have the proof of purchase handy because you will have to submit that. They will provide you with a UPS shipping label and will give you all of the instructions.

Right earbud wont work

I just bought Galaxy buds off of Amazon and as soon as i got them the right earbud wouldnt pair to my phone at all.
