Yesterday I pulled both buds out of the pod after a full night's charging and right is connecting at 100% left won't connect and shows a red exclamation mark. When I tap this on my phone it indicates tips for use (not an error message). Both worked fine for the past 3 months, unsure what brought this on. I have disconnected, reset and repaired on both the phone and the buds. Only solution or response I have seen is from admins asking for PMs regarding model... can't update with only one bud. Please advise.
Hey, I would like to look into this for you. Try giving these steps a try.
1. Uninstall the Galaxy Wearable app and plugins – all
2. Access the phones BT settings – to see if the Buds are connected-if yes, unpair
3. Restart the phone, and then make sure BT on the phone is turned on and repair the buds using Bluetooth when prompted reinstall the Galaxy Wearables app.
I am sorry you have tried all the troubleshooting steps to get this issue solved with your buds and the problem is still re-occurring.
My suggestion is to call 1800-SAMSUNG (1800-726-7864). Once you call them, try to reach a representative and have the valid proof of purchase handy and the serial number of the device. Let them know you want to mail in the buds for service and they will email you a UPS shipping label and give you the proper instructions on how to do this process. It typically takes 7-14 business days for you to receive them back. The serial number and the proof of purchase is typically what is needed as long as the device was purchased less than a year ago. They should be able to give you replacement buds once this process is fulfilled.
If you have any questions, please let us know.
I would call Samsung Customer service to check to see if i have warranty . If you have warranty you are eligible to request for a replacement. For replacement , you need to call Samsung, the hotline is indicated in this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/. The number is going to be listed on that link, call that number and speak to a representative. Please be sure to have the proof of purchase handy because you will have to submit that. They will provide you with a UPS shipping label and will give you all of the instructions.
My right earbud won't connect at all. I've done everything possible to try make it connect again including resetting the buds, reconnecting them to my phone, deleting the app and redownloading it and just charging the buds to full. Nothing seems to work. Everytime I try to put the bud in my ear there is no sound to confirm that it is in right and no sound comes out at all. When I open my buds case my phone says that the left ear bud is 100% and the right is disconnected. And when I go into the gear app the right earbud always has an exclamation mark (!) next to it. Please help, my galaxy buds are pretty new and I just want to know what is wrong and how to fix it. Thanks
I would be happy to look into your concerns.
