Same issue here, only left earbud is working, the right one is show as disconnected. Never worked, I can't update the earbuds firmware because the update processneeds two connected earbuds. I'm really disappointed by the very bad quality of the samsung buds.
i tried all the procedures for resetting such as the app, deleting app reinstalling, let the case and buds discharge and charge again, nothing has happened and my Bluetooth devices such as Samsung s10, my laptop and others don't recognize my buds, it has started with right buds and now both buds are undiscovered.
I have just recently bought a Galaxy Earbuds +.
Upon trying to pair it in any of my devices, only the left earbud seems to work.
I tried to troubleshoot the problem following all posts I have found around here and around the internet, but nothing seems to work.
The only thing left to do as of now, is trying to use up all the battery from the charging case and the left earbud that is working, and re-charging everything and trying to make it work. But other than that, I have tried everything else.
I currently need to update the firmware as well, but as I am unable to connect both earbuds, I am not capable of doing it either.
