I bought the Samsung galaxy buds plus in late May, and the left bud has been shown as disconnected since July

Same issue here, only left earbud is working, the right one is show as disconnected. Never worked, I can't update the earbuds firmware because the update processneeds two connected earbuds. I'm really disappointed by the very bad quality of the samsung buds.

my buds are dead !

i tried all the procedures for resetting such as the app, deleting app reinstalling, let the case and buds discharge and charge again, nothing has happened and my Bluetooth devices such as Samsung s10, my laptop and others don't recognize my buds, it has started with right buds and now both buds are undiscovered.

Same issue can't get the left to reconnect. Have tried everything and nothing.

Galaxy Buds + connection issue

I have been having a problem where only one Bud at a time will connect.  Right earbud in and left doesn't work.  Put the right back in the case and close lid and the left one comes on. Back and forth.  One or the other but not both at the same time. I TRIED EVERYTHING! Reset Buds, uninstalled reinstalled Wearable, everything.  Switched phones, they worked great.  Came back, same issue.  Switched Buds to another set of Buds+. At first I thought ok, but then same issue. Was all set to return to Samsung after several failed troubleshooting attempts. 
I finally today reset accessibility setting and Viola! Back to normal!

I don't remember what made me look, but I was getting ready to reset phone after tech support had already made me reset "connections" that didn't work.
Anyway its in the same menu.

Brand-new galaxy earbuds + right earbud not connecting

Dear Sir/Madam, 

I have just recently bought a Galaxy Earbuds +. 
Upon trying to pair it in any of my devices, only the left earbud seems to work. 
I tried to troubleshoot the problem following all posts I have found around here and around the internet, but nothing seems to work. 
The only thing left to do as of now, is trying to use up all the battery from the charging case and the left earbud that is working, and re-charging everything and trying to make it work. But other than that, I have tried everything else. 

I currently need to update the firmware as well, but as I am unable to connect both earbuds, I am not capable of doing it either.
