Recently my Galaxy Buds have developed a problem where the Galaxy Wearables app will not connect or see my Galaxy Buds. Several weeks ago I used the left Bud until it was completely dead of charge, and I put it in the charging case overnight. In the morning I found that the Galaxy Buds would not connect, and it appeared as an exclamation mark in the Galaxy Wearables app.
I hadn't dropped either of the Buds or the case nor had water been spilled on them or something similar. I tried cleaning both the Buds and charging case, using different USB-C charging cables, reinstalling the Wearables app, restarting Bluetooth, restarting my phone, and unregistering and reconnecting the Buds, but only the right one would connect.
Just this morning the same fate seems to have befouled the right Bud, but this time the buds will not connect at all to my phone. The battery indicator on the front of the charging case shows green, and when I place the Buds inside the case the interior charge indicator will pulse red, but it seems as if the Buds will not pick up a charge.
I hope it’s an easy solution I have missed out on, any and all help is appreciated. Thanks.
I have already checked all the existent posts on fixes and troubleshooting, but none will work. There is no way to update since it can't even connect anywhere and I have tried with two phones and one computer, but my left ear bud will simply not show any signs of life. It does not connect and simply went blank. (The right one has no issues).
Would be grateful for any support.
Hi my name is Karina and I have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy Buds. When I try to connect my Samsung Galaxy Buds to my phone, the left side of the bud connected to my phone but the right side of the bud wouldn't connect to my phone. I try to remove the Samsung Galaxy Buds on Bluetooth and then reconnect it again but still doesn't work. I try to reset the Galaxy Wearable app and reconnect Samsung Galaxy Buds but still doesn't work. I uninstall the Galaxy Wearable app and then install the Galaxy Wearable app but still not working. Can someone please help. My Samsung Galaxy Buds isn't even one year ago since I bought it. Please contact or reply to this message when someone knows how to help me with my problem.
My right galaxy bud will not connect to phone, the charging case recognizes it I believe, but after it charging for hours it still will not connect. I've tried every trouble shooting method and still nothing.
I recently purchased a pair of brand new Galaxy buds and from the start only left side worked. Right side is clearly connect because it responds to touch. I've tried any and every fix I've been able to find on the internet with no progress. Please help!
I would be happy to look into your concerns.

This is my second pair of ear bud. I just received these from samsung some time in January because my first...the left side wouldn't connect. Now this pair will not connect. HELP!
My right earbud is not connecting to my phone. I got these earbuds for christmas and they have been working fine until now. I have tried to reset, unpair, deleted the Galaxy Wearable app and installed it again. I've done everything I can think of to get it to work yet only my left earbud works.
