I have the Galaxy Buds Plus and they are less than a year old. I was having an intermittent issue where the right earbud would drain in the case, but the problem has worsened. The case will be full, or nearly full and I verify in the app that the earbud is charging or charged before closing the case.
When I come back to use them the following day, the right bud is often fully drained. I have updated the software and reset them multiple times, however the problem persists. Any advice is appreciated.
Model: SM-R175(EARBUDS), EPQR175(CRADLE)
I was hoping to find some answers, but so far nothing. I am under warranty until 6/30/21, so I may be sending them back to Samsung prior to that. :\
me too facing the same problem. right bud is draining battery too fast. Software update and factory reset are not working. Replacement is the only option i guess
Thank you for reaching out. If the battery continues to drain after completing the factory reset, service would be recommended.
