Galaxy Buds
Hello,
Has anyone had bad call quality with buds pro? When I make a call, they can't hear me on the other end. I've been told I sound like I'm very far away.
I've tested the buds pro with the voice recorder app and no issues there
I reached out to Samsung but so far no luck in fixing the problem.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Galaxy Budsreproduce the issue then report using wearable app > menu > contact us > error report.
Is the call using the phone working okay? only happens when using the Buds Pro?
what version is the Buds on? try clearing cache for wearable app and the Buds manager app

Only affects while using the buds pro.
I've cleared all cache, including system cache.

Ended up sending the galaxy buds pro in for service, after multiple attempts to fix including a factory reset to my galaxy s22 ultra
