Galaxy Buds Pro Error Put in both earbuds for active noise canceling

Hello, 

I have a Galaxy S21 Ultra and have got it with the new Galaxy Buds Pro. 

While using the earbuds, the noise-canceling option is disabled and when I try to use it I get a notification saying "Put in both earbuds for active noise canceling". Nevertheless,  both earbuds are playing sound perfectly and it seems like both are "put it" correctly.

I'm having the same issue. Did you find any solution?

Same issue. Does Samsung not respond to the forums?
Restarted my device now and let's see if that makes a difference.
