I had to stop using my Bud Pros due to an alergic reaction from them that was making my ears raw and oozy. I've since switched to a nice pair of Sony Linkbuds. And though they're fine, I really miss the quality and features provided by my Galaxy Buds. Can anyone tell me if for the next generation of Galaxy Bud Pro, Samsung will utilize other, hypo-allergitic materials which won't cause such flare-ups?
I'm still a "true believer" and would greatly prefer to purchase/use Samsung (Galaxy) product. The ability to switch between my phones seamlessly is worth it...but the overall quality puts Galaxy over the top. But I simply can't wear them without inducing an allergic reaction. So--what's the scoop, Samsung? Are you going to reformulate so I can start using your product again?
