For some odd reason they are not responding to the call feature, I can't take calls on my buds. They are clean & charged. I've try resetting the buds, but they are not working on the calls. This have been happening for 2 weeks now. I have owned them for years and I have not change phones. What else can I do? I would like a better answer than the generic one I've seen since 2022.

Galaxy BudsHi, Welcome to the Community! We know it's frustrating not being able to use the Buds Pro for calls.
Resetting the earbuds is pretty much all the troubleshooting you can do for the earbuds.
Have you tried resetting the Bluetooth settings on the phone? Phone Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset Bluetooth and Network settings
We also recommend submitting feedback to Samsung after experiencing the issue to provide data logs to Samsung developers. https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692
