Galaxy Buds Pro won't work stay on during phone call

I have a new S21 Ultra phone and the Galaxy Buds Pro

The earbuds easily connect with my phone and work flawlessly for music.

Unfortunately when I make or answer a call the blue tooth connection stops.  I'll tap on blutooth in the phone app and it will start working for a few seconds and then stop.  I've tried this and it does it again and again.  They won't stay working.  As soon as the phone call is over, they will start playing music again.  

I've updated the software and reset the earbuds and neither of those things resolved the issue.

I really need to get these things working for phone calls since this new version of the S21 won't accept a good-ole reliable corded headset.  PLEEEEEEASE help!

same issue mostly. I listen to the audible app. The Buds+ will play for about 30 seconds to a minute, then stop.

I have the same issue. Galaxy Buds Pro disconnect whenever I try to make a call with s21 Ultra. Have tried resetting buds, network settings on phone, full factory reset of phone. The full reset makes 2-3 calls work, then breaks again.
