Galaxy Buds+ Static hiss in left bud while in ambient mode

Hey I'm noticing there is a static hiss in my left bud when I'm using ambient sound. It gets louder and louder as I increase the ambient sound volume and it's annoying to hear, and it's rather loud. My right bud doesn't have this issue but my left does? Any help? I've tried resetting them to no avail.

Thank you for that information. Just to clarify are you only experiencing these symptoms when you have your Galaxy buds+ in ambient mode?

yes it only occurs while in ambient mode
