Galaxy Buds+ audio cuts, stutter on my Galaxy s8.

I have a problem with my Galaxy Buds Plus and s8 that when I'm using them at home everything works fine, but as soon as i go outdoors and start walking, after couple of minutes (they work fine for a short while which is very weird) they start to stutter and audio is being constantly cut. When I get the phone out of the pocket they work fine, but as soon as I lower the phone the stuttering is back. BTW I tried disabling optimized battery and disabling battery optimasation for bluetooth, galaxy buds+ plugin and music player (which the problem occurs on every music player). Every thing is up-to-date and I tried changing audio codec.

I tried so many things that i lost count.

I'm sorry your dealing with such issues and id be glad to assist you in this matter.
In this case your best option would be to contact samsung directly as their are no service center that will physically service the Ear buds/ other devices onsite these items are usually shipped out with proof purchase or further inspection down below i have attached a link

It's not a problem with the buds, but software. I tested them on different phones (samsung and not) and there wasnt an issue. You need to fix. This shouldnt be an issue on samsung phones. Because why should I buy samsung smartphone next time if samsung products doesnt work with samsung phones. This just runs entire ecosystem Please help fix this.

If you have warranty you are eligible to request for a replacement.For replacement , you need to call Samsung, the hotline is indicated in this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/. The number is going to be listed on that link, call that number and speak to a representative. Please be sure to have the proof of purchase handy because you will have to submit that. They will provide you with a UPS shipping label and will give you all of the instructions.

Hi,

 

Did you find any solution? I'm experiencing exactly the same issue as you with the Galaxy Active 2. If I raise my arm just a bit, it stops stuttering, but as soon as I lower my arm, it starts stuttering again.
