The call quality on my Galaxy buds is terrible. Ive reset the earbuds, updated firmware, kept them charged and clean. This is apparently a common flaw with the earbuds.
Can someone provide some insight or assistance?
I got my earbuds on September 2019 in Dubai's Airport, and they were working fine (listening wise) then i was surprised when i started to use it recently for calls, i can hear people well BUT people can barely hear me feels like my voice is really FAR & People on the other end of the phone call are hearing loud chirping or chattering noises, they can hear everything in my background and they can't hear my voice.
I have reset the buds & updated and tried everything that I can to fix this but nothing has changed. Please help me.
I have the same issue as well, sometime the person on the other line cant here me and hear my background noise and then at times I hear my background noise in my ear, and it's not just with the galaxy buds, I've had the same issue with other bluetooth headphones as well on my galaxy s10 5g, I even have issues when I'm not using bluetooth headphones
There has been updates for weeks now but I think the last one finally did it. Now my family can hear me like my phone is against my face with the buds. Keep trying to update the buds and good luck!
I have recently received my galaxy buds through the mail and have had no issues with them with one exception. The call quality on the party that i am talking to is awful. They go through being able to hear me to not being able to understand anything that I am saying because of distortion in the mic. I have seen other people having similar issues online and was curious if there is a solution to this problem yet? I have updated the buds, wear app, and phone. I have tried resetting the connection between the devices. Any help that you may be able to offer would be greatly appreciated!
If you have been through all of the troubleshooting posted here on the boards then generally an exchange of the buds is recommended.
Do not buy these Galaxy Buds. If there is any external noise the microphone makes call quality unintelligible like you are on a tunnel. I had mine replaced twice and the same issue is on every set. Support wastes your time troubleshooting when they know that the product is defective. Samsung needs to refund customers and go back to their engineers to create a decent product.
