Depending on the phone you have...
Go to settings>apps>tap 3 dots on top right>show system apps>find "phone" in the list(could be few of them), then go to storage and clear data. Do this on each of the phone items in the list
hi I purchased my Galaxy buds one month ago and I like them.
However it's impossible to have a call because the person on the other side gets a terrible voice quality from my side and all the background noise from my side.
Is there a way to solve this?
I have tried other bluetooth earbuds and I don't get the same problem.
Have you already tried resetting the buds through the wearables application?
Can you also please provide me with the model code and serial number, located on the bottom of the charging case?
Could you provide the model code and serial number in a private message?
