Anyone having problems with their earbuds? People are saying i sound " muffled" or far away from the phone. If so is there a fix?

My galaxy buds microphone sounds terrible

Every time I make a call, the caller either recieves no sound, or a choppy tinny sound that is unbearable on the ears. I'm not sure why I paid so much to torture my Wife.

Hi there, have you tried resetting the buds? Does this symptom occur when the buds are connecting on another device?

Galaxy buds Plus Call Quality

I got my galaxy buds plus a little over a month ago. So far I really like them and they are doing well. But within the last week or so when I am on a call, I can hear the person on the other end just fine, but they can't hear anything but the background noise on my end. I have reset them a couple of times and tried a few ofther things as well but they still are not working for calls. I have made sure to keep them up to date software wise. I don't know what else to do. I would really like to get them fixed since I use them for work.

I've got the same issue.

 

Resetted and also updated the software but the call quality is still poor.. the other person cannot hear.

 

Please can Samsung help?

I've been having similar issues with 4 different sets of buds on two different phones. The sound quality while on a phone call is horrible. I get frequent complaints about background noise or that I sound like I'm in a cave. The incoming sound also sounds like it is synthesized and robotic, often not even discernable speech. It's even worse when talking to someone else with galaxy buds, the issues are compounded to the point where the buds are completely useless. I have already exchanged these buds a few times and am ready to give up on them and go back to my previous $20 bluetooth headset. I'm very dissapointed with this product.

I have exactly the same issue. I can hear other people perfectly fine. But for them all the background noise is amplified. If i walk next to a school yard, the caller thinks i am in the middle of shouting kids. Using other headphones i do not have this issue. 

 

Is there a solution for this?

I am having the same issue- when i'm on the phone everyone sounds great from my end but i get complaints constantly about background noise!
