Galaxy Buds left ear bud not connecting

The left bud on my Galaxy Buds F32E is not connecting. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting. I have tried charging. I have removed and reinstalled the APP. Nothing has worked. By the way this device did not get damaged (water or otherwise). Please advice.

If the steps provided by @RobXbalboa did not resolve the connection issue, the Buds will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. Pull both buds out of the charging case. Put them in your ears.
Next long press both buds until you hear a beep sequence. May take 5 secs or more.
This resets the buds. Now re pair them with the app. And enjoy.
