I have a pair of Samsung buds, they are great, I got them from a friend secondhand.
However, I can only connect them with Bluetooth, they will not show up in the Galaxy Wearables app scan.
I contacted someone from support and they simply directed me to contact the support team in vietnam...because apparently these were made in Vietnam?
Now, I have no idea how to contact someone in support in Vietnam at all. Can anyone help me figure out what to do next? Thanks.

Navigate to and open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone: For the Galaxy Buds or Buds+, tap About earbuds. Tap Reset earbuds, and then tap Reset to confirm.
