Galaxy Buds+ - one suddenly doesn't work anymore

I got the Galaxy Buds+ (SM-R175NZWAEUA) with my Galaxy s20+

Suddenly the left one isn't recognised anymore. It also doesn't bring the tune you hear when you put it in your ear. I guess it just doesn't turn on or so.

 

What I did:

- checked if it is charged in the case and yes the LED lights up and turns off if I remove it

- did reset through Galaxy Wearable App and unpaired them in the phone's Bluetooth settings

- after restart I paired them which automatically installs the Wearable app

- still only the case and the right bud are shown and the right one also works

- tried on a Galaxy S10 but the same status

 

Does anyone have an idea or is it time to get a replacement?
