Galaxy Buds won't pair even though it's ready to pair

My Galaxy Buds won't pair. I tried removing the Buds from Bluetooth, as well as redownloading the app. It says "Make sure that it's ready to pair". I could connect it to my IPad but won't to my Galaxy S8. I don't know what's the issue.

Just to clarify have you removed your Galaxy buds from the Bluetooth settings on your iPad?

I removed my Galaxy Buds from my iPad, but it still doesnt work.
