Pre-ordered the first day new Galaxy Buds4 Pro and clip case with carabiner in black. I received my Buds4 Pro but Clip Case is on backorder. I pre-ordered the very first day, why is the case already on backorder? Customer service is useless, no real answer. Samsung use to give free incentives like a free Case with purchase of new Buds but I had to purchase them and they are on backorder. Faithful customer for over 15 years and I am disappointed and frustrated with Samsung. No free case!?!?!?
