Galaxy bud 2 pro Connection issues

I have a question for anybody out there

I bought the galaxy buds2 pro and I had what seem like a connection problem... listening to anything the podcast or music would skip and would make the person sound like a robot.... so I exchanged them... second pair same thing..so I exchanged them once more at best buy, they asked me if I wanted my money back... I said no I want a pair that works... so I got the 3rd pair and still I'm getting the same thing... I have a brand new s22 ultra 256.... my buds pro have never gave me a problem at all... also I have a galaxy watch 5 pro and the auto switch is on on both devices... tried all settings can't seem to figure them out...

Ok. Sooooooo... there are a few things to do here....first off search your phone for all the apps that can alter audio in any fashion. Then since the pro 2 buds have new drivers, make sure you Uninstaller the current buds software and wearable app and reinstall them. Then turn off all audio apps, or set the default. You need to establish a good connection so I would clear the cache on the Bluetooth settings, samsung smart things, samsung flow, and decide what you want to use as your default sound app.

There are about 7 or 8 features or accessibility apps enabled without you knowing that will make the Pros sound like . Turn off Dolby Atmos, Set the EQ to normal, make sure the voice assistants are all off. Google has an audio amplifier that is on, Turn all that nonsense off. Start at the ground with a good audio app and you can add features to suit how you want them to sound

That Dolby Atmos app is the exact opposite of what DOLBY Atmos is meant to do. If you use a play pass there are several phenomenal audio players with eqs and 360 spatial audio features, along with some great podcast apps that also read rss feeds.

I use specific apps that are perfect for audio

Spotify, Amazon, Apple, SoundCloud, Mixcloud, all the music streaming apps use HQ Audio so you should be good.

But it's the new driver's and samsung wanting the buds to be able to slide back n forth on apps or other devices. They were very reliant on the FLOW app for a while but that was blocking permissions on other apps. So smart things & routines & modes with Bixby are their best connectivity apps.
