Galaxy BudsIm plug in my charger for my galaxy bud case but it will not charge it. Can I find a way to fix this?

Galaxy BudsIm already reset it before they die. I try to search up the problem and google say to try and reset it. Im try that and its still not charge. Im think my galaxy buds broken.
